How do you ensure fragile items don't break during shipping?
We use industry-leading protective packaging, including custom-fit foam inserts and double-walled boxes, to ensure your tableware arrives in perfect condition.
What is your return policy for damaged or defective goods?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the item. We will ship a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
Is your tableware microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our ceramic and porcelain collections are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, items with gold or silver metallic rims should be hand-washed only.
How long does standard shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US generally takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Orange Market Tableware ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
Can I purchase individual pieces or only full sets?
While we specialize in curated sets, many of our signature collections allow for open-stock purchases so you can replace a single plate or expand your set as needed.
