Constructed from sustainably sourced cherry wood from the forests, each bowl is dried for six months and expertly hand-carved by artisans in Odawara. The artisans craft their own carving blades, reflecting their commitment to quality.

The bowls feature a food-grade urethane finish, ensuring safety and durability, similar to those used for school lunches.

Each bowl's unique wood grain is preserved to emphasize its natural beauty.
